In-Person Registration for ALL Norwood Students will be Wednesday, July 22nd from Noon- 6pm at Norwood Primary School.

Today (3/27) is an early dismissal — 1:30 PM for NES and 2:00 PM for NPS. Spring Break begins at dismissal, and students will return on April 6th. We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable break!

Kindergarten Registration is 1 week away.

Just a reminder that the final 8 weeks of the school year begins tomorrow, Monday, April 7th. We hope you all had an enjoyable and restful Spring Break! Hope to see all the students back on Monday!

Norwood Primary School would like all families living in the boundaries of our school district to “pre-register” their Kindergarten students for the 2025-2026 school year. This applies to those children who will reach the age of five on or before September 1, 2025. Phone registration will be Monday, March 10 through Friday, March 21, 2025. Please call 697-6312 between the hours of 9:00AM - 3:00PM and provide us with a small amount of information. After receiving this information, a kindergarten packet will be mailed to you at a later date.

We are so proud of our student for all of their hard work and kindness toward others. These are our January PRIDE winners.

Did you know that students who miss too much school in PreK and K are less likely to be reading by 3rd grade?

Dress comfortably and bring a good book to help us celebrate reading.

We love to celebrate the holidays! Starting next week we will be having dress up days to get us in the holiday spirit.

On Thursday, November 21 we are celebrating Literacy! Come on out and have a wild time playing literacy games. The evening starts at 5:30pm. You can win some cool prizes- both parents and students!

Before the busyness of the holiday season takes over, we wanted to announce the dates for our Christmas concert. We will be hosting two of them during the school day. K-2 will be December 19 at 1:30 pm. 3-4 will be December 20 at 10:30 am. Mark your calendars so you can come and enjoy the show.

Wow - our Book Blast is off to a great start! Congratulations to our first Treasure Chest winner- Piper! Our quest to level up our readers has never been so much fun! We’re blasting through our adventure to earn as many books as possible for our students.
